My Client, a leading global provider HSE, risk, and social consulting services is looking for an experienced senior environmental and impact assesment candidates with demonstrated leadership attributes and the desire and ability to lead business activities, staff, interact with clients and regulators, all whilst supporting growth in the South African marketplace.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
· Must possess solid experience building sustaining relationships with major clients.
· Proven experience managing EIAs for large Mining projects or programs (i.e. multiple concurrent EIAs) within financial and timescale constraints/
· Demonstrated experience South Africa or in any African country would be of added advantage
· Expert knowledge and technical experience related to high profile ESIAs, including compliance with international standards
· Proven ability to respond to and engage clients during project execution and business development; and
preferably a key relationship holder for clients in the extractives and power sectors
· Capable to operate comfortably at both the tactical as well as the strategic level and know when one or the other is appropriate.
· Demonstrated leadership ability to build, coach, and mentor collaborative teams.
· High degree of technical competence and broad knowledge EHS regulations and policies.

Remuneration: 1200000 - 1800000 US Dollars/year
